Ineight – the management company

Ineight is managed by its founders and associates. Today, Hyun-Ho Kim and Tae-Ho Kim are in charge of several companies in four countries: Germany, Switzerland, South Korea and China.

Hyun-Ho Kim and Tae-Ho Kim help their clients’ companies develop a culture of exchange and communication. These are qualities that they consistently practise in their own business.

Flat hierarchies, the ability to make quick decisions and personal responsibility are only a few of Ineight’s assets.

Hyun-Ho Kim

Hyun-Ho Kim, born in 1972, started studying business adminitration at GH Siegen University and continued his studies at Yonsei-University in Seoul (South Korea). He graduated from University of Cologne (Germany) in 2000.

From 2001 to 2003, Hyun-Ho Kim worked as an IT consultant for Accenture GmbH. In 2003 he founded the company Ineight.

Tae-Ho Kim

Tae-Ho Kim, born in 1974, studied business administration at Bamberg University (Germany) before acquiring his MBA at the University of Wales Swansea

After his graduation he worked as a BI consultant for Microstrategy, Vivion and Teradata.

In 2009, Tae-Ho Kim became CEO and associate of Ineight.
